Missing washer/bolt need a name for them

Been getting a clunk randomly and think I have it figured out. Missing a bolt with large washer from the front of the frame drivers side. I’ve included pics of both sides to illustrate what I’ve got and what I’m missing. Can someone help me ID this part do I can replace it??

I believe this is the front body mount bolt.

I guess the "clunk" happens right before the cab falls off the frame---

I cant say for sure, but it looks like there is also a pretty substantial bushing on the one that is still there. Could just be the lip on the mounting surface, but usually with a washer that big, it is to compress a rubber bushing.

put the aforementioned cab mount bolt in and problem solved. It was located at the front of the frame drivers side. Thx for the help--

Good thing you found it before you missed an exit on the freeway and found yourself watching the rest of your truck take the exit instead of you lol

It looks like it might never of had that bolt,i'd of yelled at my local dealer to put one in free,lol

This truck was rebuilt R title so it was missed by the rebuilder

It was solid just made a clunking noise when ya hit a bump

You’ll want to recheck the torque on the other cab bolts, since they were being stressed and working overtime.
