Motor and trans question

I have a 2007 ram 1500 4wd quad cab 5.7 hemi. Getting a motor from a 2004 ram 1500 2wd 5.7 hemi.
My question is will my trans work

It is or it isn’t. Will my 4wd still work if I use my trans

I believe what @HemiLonestar is saying is that the bolt pattern should be the same.

Ah, I'm back. No I'm LITERALLY saying it's the SAME trans. Both are 545RFE's.
