Muffler Suggestions

Hello Everyone!! New to this forum still trying to get used to everything but had a quick question about mufflers. I want to put a new muffler on my 2012 Ram 1500 Hemi and I was looking at the flow mast 50 series. I just want it to sound a little throatier...I believe it is a 3.00 in and dual 2.5 out but ive seen conflicting specs online. Can anyone help me out or make any suggestions??

The correct size is 3" in/2.25" out. An exhaust shop can make the 2.5" work though.

They make 3" in 2 1/4" out flow mast 50 also

For the duals it's 2.25" out. Not sure if it's different for the single exhaust. The exhaust shop that did mine fit my 2.5" dynomax bullets on easy to the 2.25" pipe. I plan on changing it all out when I get longtubes though.

Thanks everyone for your help!! Do you know if the FM 50 comes bolt on or does it need to be welded?

Flowmaster has a bolt in muffler, but its rather pricey, it uses the 50 series if I'm not mistaken.

They have the american thunder kits with the 50hd muffler, its a complete bolt on. I just replaced the muffler on mine, ordered the 3" in and 2.5" dual out. Then the muffler shop had the extension pipe needed. I had mine welded on so no leaks. i hope this helps.
