My dream shop build

My other tips thread has got really long and I think I got everything figured out so I'll keep this thread just updates on the progress.

Shop is a 36 x 48 x 14 metal pole barn with 2 10'W x 12'H roll ups.

Features: 250 amp box, 40 110 outlets, 14 220 outlets, side mount motors on roll ups, overhead airline from front to back, full security system, ethernet and cable hook ups and a large shop sink with cold/hot water.

My brother just did the same thing (new house and shop).
Think about a restroom in the shop...keeps all the gearheads from traipsing through the wife's clean house (and killing you over it!)

This is a exciting week, the slab is supposed to be poured (fingers crossed) and I have a whole ton of shop goodies being delivered. This was the first to arrive, two 140° swivel base hose real brackets. Tracking says I should be getting 8 pallets of goodies tomorrow lol and the lift should arrive Thursday which is just going to have to sit in the warehouse of my work until the shop is finished, but at least I can look at it a drool [emoji1786][emoji1787]

Was asked about a price breakdown so here it is. The doors are being custom made to match our custom made doors on the house and also hes doing the front of the shop to match the front of the house (my wife's demand lol) so that's why those are expensive. Hes doing the heat for free because we went under budget on a few things for the house as well as the overhead airline hes just throwing in for free and didnt list it
