My truck Coughs when I accelerate

1989 Dodge W250 5.9 TBI injestion.
Whenevery I accelerate in my truck it coughs then goes fine and dosn't do it again till I stop and try and drive off agian it will cough again and it dose it all day. I tuned it up new plugs wires, and cap/rotor, installed new fuel pump, still no change.
My only next test I can do is fuel pressure test that I will rig something up so I can read pressure as I drive.
It also9 hasn't set any codes either

Its a lean pop,which means its momentarily not injecting enough gas.now the problem is figuring out whats going on.the fuel pressure test is a good first step.good luck
