NEW IP....TRUCK IN GEAR WON'T ACCELERATE

I have a 1992 W250, automatic, 85,000 miles, original owner. Truck ran super, no tranny problems, moved great. IP started leaking, parked truck for about 6 months. Purchased a new IP (Dieselogic), Installed new fuel ramp and gov. spring, pull gear cover and set timing, Installed new IP, Bled system...etc. Truck starts right up, runs great (adjusted idle) engine revs great. Put truck in gear (rev./drive) engine barely revs.( 1200 rpms) Truck will move ( like idles) but won't accelerate. put tranny in park or neutral revs easily to 3000 rpm. Put trans.case in neutral and tranny in gear ... revs like it should. WHAT HAVE I MISSED? could use some help.

Well if trans fluid level is full then you have a few choices some sort of trans problem like valve body or torque converter or ????
