I've had my eye on Anthem wheels for a while, and finally took the plunge. One of my stock SRAs was wearing down (right rear) and I knew when it came time to replace the tires I was going to upgrade/upsize to the Falkens. I also didn't want to spend the $250 to run spacers when that money could be put toward new wheels. After a discussion with the CFO (chief female office), she agreed to the purchase.

the wheel I wanted was the Anthem Commander, so I placed the order. I had been having a 6 month e-mail discussion with Anthem on pricing, options, etc so I finally hit BUY. The next business day I get an e-mail back that the commanders are not in stock on a 20x10; would I care for another wheel in that same size, or go to a 20x9 Commander. By now I really had my mind set on a 20x10 et -24, so I picked the Gunner in 20x10 et-24. Now we wait! and wait! and wait!

fast forward 2 weeks. I get the call the wheels are done. Anthem offers a service to custom drill the wheels to the bolt pattern of your choice, so I had them drill a single bolt pattern. On install, he had to trim the front fascia just a tad at the lower corner, and we removed the mud flaps. The tires would have fit just a tiny bit on the bulbous part of the mud flap.

So after a long awaited courtship via e-mail, here's the finished product.

tires are Falken wildpeak at3w 35x12.5r20

yup. I'm undecided on flares, but for now I'll run it naked. I might remove the rear flaps, too

Looks awesome! What size tires did you go with? I'm running Wild Peaks too. 305/55/20 on stock wheels with 1.5" spacers.c6eb6ce09d802c2b622297a09afe0591.jpg

Great look!! My next purchase will be wildpeak AT’s. Any vibration? I had one Wildpeak HT which was not quite round but a good tire as far as wear. I currently have 1 1/2” bora spacers mine and would love to change the rims as well.

Mine have a little shake to them after the truck sits for a while, but it smooths out after the tires heat up. Other than that they've been great.

You're truck looks awesome! I've decided I would like to put 35 x 12.5's on my truck. Did you put a level or lift on your truck?

Check local ordinances for how far your tire can stick out from the fender, you may need to get a set of flares installed. Also, consider a bigger set of mud flaps for the sake of people who have to drive behind you on rainy days. Trucks with big tires look cool, but they can be hazardous to people you share the road with.

Truck looks really nice

So did you order these directly from Anthem?.....could you go thru the steps please. I’m sure a lot of us have seen the blanks while looking at wheels but not sure of the process for getting them “made to order” like you did

I did order direct. I had been e-mailing back and forth with them about options, and cost. The main issue for me was I wanted pictures! I wanted to see more of the wheels on trucks, not just the stock website photo of a wheel blank. They also offer a color accessory option so you can bling up the wheel even more. I was in contact with them quite a bit but for the amount of money I was going to drop on a wheel/tire setup I wanted to make sure I knew all I could before I made the purchase. Since I had the CSR on e-mail, if something caught my attention, I'd e-mail and ask about it. He would give me the info and offer to put up a customer specific shopping cart for me with what we discussed. I wanted the single bolt hole rather than the stock dual bolt pattern they advertise. On the site, it says that's an extra $25 each wheel.

I was finally in a position to buy. The CSR (Logan) built my cart and all I had to do was confirm the contents and pay for it. The custom bolt pattern wasn't on there. Turns out if you want a standard bolt pattern, like the Ram 5x5.5, that doesn't cost extra. the extra cost is for some odd pattern they don't do normally. I also wanted in-person pickup, rather than delivered. I live 90 mins away, but the drive wasn't bad. they are west of Chicago by about 30 mins. I got a little off for the pickup, but then they charge for the install. They also charge if they have to do trimming and whatnot for you on the vehicle. That was also $50 an hour. He figured 30 mins to try, since mine was so minor.

The main point here, for me with Anthem wheels, was communication. Knowing what I wanted and communicating with the CSR.

I hope that helps.

That says a lot for Anthem Wheel. They obviously have a customer satisfaction ethic, nice to see.

Looks Great! With the -24 offset, how much clearance is there on the inside of the wheels between the suspension components? I'm planning on adding 20X10 wheels to my truck with 295/60/20 tires and would like to keep the combo within the fender wells as much as possible. Thus, I was considering multiple offset configurations.
