I honestly liked the factory nav never gave me any trouble on long trips. That being said after the ota update in 2019 its never worked properly again. I saw it posted on a forum, may not be this one i dont remember but there were several people with 2018 rams with the same issue as me resolved after doing a manual update via the usb port. I'm just concerned about possibly screwing up something by updating because apart from the nav not showing my location the rest of the radio functions flawlessly, no delay in the buttons or soft touch and never had any issues with it.
