Need help

i want to replace my stock low beams with an upgraded version. i removed radiator cover and grill no problem and took top bolt off headlight. when removing lower bolt from bracket the casted bracket cracked. i can't find anywhere what the part is and dodge can't either. ill attach a picture but if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. its not the piece off the headlight but a casted plastic piece

Unfortunately that looks like part of the radiator support, and its about a $400 part. Looks like a ton of labor to put on. Don't know if the fenders have to come off.
