From what I have read and its not a whole lot those who have one seem to like it so far only time will tell the whole story, if it is based on the medium duty truck transmissions as I have read on a few web sites it should work out an hold up well....
I'd be getting some good first hand feedback from a friend of mine, but his dealer totally botched his order, and he had to re-order the truck. His feedback will be valuable, as he has owned every generation Cummins, and he works his trucks on a daily basis.
My personal opinion is the ZF will prove to be a grand-slam homerun, best trans in the business.

There are dozens of YouTube videos of 2025 Cummins/ZF reviews covering everything from towing heavy equipment up the Ike to around-town driving. While anyone can find a reason to complain about anything, I've not heard anything bad about the Powerline behind the Cummins. It seems the theme is "about time."
