I just received this back from FOX. Took them a few business days to respond lol.

The 88306073 w DSC adjusters / 88302073 are built to BDS specifications for their 6 inch lift kit. Only available for their 6 inch lift.

They will maintain the ride height at 6 inches.

If a preload adjustment is necessary for your application DO NOT adjust preload with the coil-over on the vehicle.

Remove the coil-over from the vehicle and use a spring compressor to remove the spring hardware and spring.

Once the spring is removed, you can adjust the preload ring. DO NOT Exceed more the 1/2" of additional preload.

½” additional preload will increase ride height approximately 1.00 inch.

Anybody know how to appropriately setup the fk rod ends?

They say that they are fully adjustable while on the truck. I would probly just install as is and then let a good alignment shop dial them in. Or maybe take some measurements from the stock arms and make them close to that to start.

Got this response from core, glad I asked.

The only thing that is important to watch for is to line up the slits in the sleeve with the slit in clamp, so when you tighten the side crews up it all tightens correctly. The torque on those allen bolts is 65 ft/lbs back and forth until they are both at 65 ft/lbs. Let me know if you/they have any other questions. We are working on a video that shows how to install/adjust those. It's just not done yet

So only slit recommendation and torque specs…no starting point for adjustment?

Spence did say in another email to get it dimensionally close to the oem uca and whoever does the alignment can dial it in.

I'm in the middle of my install mow and the tie rods have been a pita. Had to cut the old inner tie rod. So BDS has a new tie rod end design, no zerk, it also doesn't have as many threads. In the pic below, my new one is slightly longer than the old one and the new end is bottomed out. Thoughts? Is rhos going to cause issue or is it close enough? Nothing I can really do that I can think of.20230223_204653.jpg
