New member with truck problems

Hello: i am new to this forum, so please excuse me until i figure out where i need to be with this problem. I bought a new 2022 ram 2500 with 6.4 last week. A couple days ago my wipers started working for no reason and can’t shut off, turn signals won’t work and i get this message” service electronic stability control”. Am i in for problems right from the start?

I have a 2013 Ram1500.My And and brake light a on.The part the module is back order till 2024.Stay all day on the phone on computer nobody have that part.Help
