Just upgraded yesterday from my 2014 1500 Bighorn to a 2016 2500 6.4 Laramie with the sport package. Love it so far.

Congrats on the upgrade! :favorites13:

Thanks everyone. Does everyone reduce the air pressure from 85 lbs for daily driving? It's pretty bouncy coming from a 1500. I've seen the threads about getting the tpms disabled to stop getting the warning light but is bringing the pressure down to 65lbs going to help the ride a lot and will that be enough the get the light to illuminate?

Same here... I have gotten used to pressing the up arrow on the steering wheel to clear the Tire Pressure warning screen. I was running 60ish on stock tires. Down to 55psi on the new 35s. I believe 2016s can't have the thresholds adjusted by the dealer anymore.

My dealer as well as many others state that they cannot adjust the parameters in the computer anymore.
I have mine at 55lbs. front & 60lbs. in the rear. I took a load for my work weighing in at 2,200lbs. & it didn't affect the tires at all. Also did not notice a drop in MPG. Don't know why they have them that high.
It still will not be as smooth as your 1500 but you will notice a big difference dropping 20lbs.

I think its the 2nd one from the front if your standing on the right side of the truck when in the drivers seat looking behind your left shoulder.

hope this leads you in the right direction.

I have firestone LT275 70r 18 The door sticker says 60 front and 80 rear.

The max cold pressure is 80. I'm surprised that the sticker says 80 for the rear. Usually, it is something less and you air up to max when you are towing or have a load.

I have the psi at 65 and 70. The roads in GA are in good shape without pot holes so the ride is smooth.

im at 65 front and 60 rear. the rear tires still dot get a full contact patch. need to try 50-55psi and see what it looks like.

check this out. Got it form another forum member. Scroll all the way to the bottom and find your tire size. tells you the load your tire size can hold at different PSI. very informative and helpful when we cant drive around with 80PSI all the time.

Not sure if you posted this here in error....the #1 cylinder is the one near the front of the motor (closest to the rad) that is slightly more forward than the one on the opposite bank.
Fords cylinder designation were always 1 to 4 up the passenger side and 5 to 8 up the drivers side, GM & Dodge alternated i.e. #1 on passenger side, #2 on drivers side and so on.
I cannot imagine this has changed over the years.
