This happend two days ago in a row,it's the first time this new problem occurs. If you can't tell by the video,I turn the key to start it up,it cranks but doesn't start up.I try a 2nd time, then it starts. What can the issue be? I know it's not the best video, but that's how it turned out when I uploaded.

Let the dealer sort it out under warranty. These newer vehicles and especially Chrysler stuff, has a multiple layered starting circuits and would be stabbing guesses on multiple causes here.

Definitely use your warranty while you have it--let me know if you need help making an appointment!

I had a similar problem with my Jeep a while back. It ended up being just a software fix by the dealer. It wasn't a known issue or anything though, but they have seen it happen a few times and just needed to rest things.
