newbie question headlights

hey everyone

back after a brief absence from ram ownership - i just bought (this week) 2021 1500 extended bighorn 4x4 with a hemi. I was getting flashed at night the other day and thought i better check - and found my passenger light quite a bit higher than drivers side. I was turning the adjuster and it appeared to be moving the horizontal nut but nothing was happening to the light - am i missing something or does it take a lot to notice the light moving?

any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks - yep finally got it to move - was getting nervous something was broken - just using screwdriver took a "few" turns - -

wish i knew about the laser beam sharks - -That would be a nice option . .
