Next major mod...what'd you think?

I've saved up a good sum of money and am really not sure what mod to do because I wanna do all these things to the truck. I'm gonna keep it short and simple. This is what I'm debating over..

1.) 4" Suspension lift (rough country or rancho...not sure)

2.) 4.56 Gears

3.) Nav Bezel, DVD/Nav, x2 10" subs+boxes, amp

4.) Gibson Headers+HO Cam+Banks Monster exhaust (really like how it sounds...pretty quiet when you're cruising and I wanna be able to enjoy my music lol)

Soooo what'd you think?

For option 1 do you have the money to do tires at the same time? IF not I would cross that one off.

If it was me i would do the navi and subs thats next on my list.

Id redo your sound system, the stock speaker suck. However all the mods sound awesome, I think the outside looks good, Play with the innards now

speaking of gears....I've heard people say it helps with mpgs and sometimes it hurts. I do a lot of highway driving and with the gears wouldn't my rpm's be a bit higher, in the end hurting the mpg??

correct me if I'm wrong because i'm sure i missed something when a buddy was trying to explain it to me lol

performance-wise, I'm just running the volant CAI and super chips cortex. about to start that new thread lol.
