Hey everyone,
I'm having an issue with my trucks heat, 2013 Ram 1500 Sport dual zone climate controls. Passenger side blows hot while the drivers side is lukewarm if that. I have browsed the forums and I couldn't get a definitive answer. A lot of people suggest the blend door actuator so I popped the glove compartment off and I can see the white tab turn as I change the temperature. It seems like prior to 2013 that was a common issue. Also with the A/C on both driver and passenger sides are ice cold, not sure if it uses a different blend door?
The other suggestions people make is the heater core being clogged. Some people said it has two separate flow paths inside it for passenger/driver and other people have said that is not the case. I have 100k miles on it and I have not done the coolant flush so that's why I would be leaning more towards that. Also I noticed this issue after I had the water pump replaced.
Thanks for all the help/replies
