no floor heat!!!

my truck quit blowing air through the floor vents, it works on the dash and defrost. I know dodge's have problems with their air flap on the distributor breaking, but im not sure if I should check anything else first, and if it is that, how hard is it to rip it out and replace it?

Yikes! Check out a company called heater treater. They have some instructions on how to diagnose which door or doors may be affected. There are youtube videos also.
