Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this forum. 2004 Ram 1500 4.7L, 2wd quad cab. Original Texas truck now on Michigan. I don't drive it the winter. I pull a Southwind enclosed trailer with electric brakes. I've had an after market electric barke harness installed. It's been fine the last five years until today. The truck has all the lights working. However, the left/drivers side brake and turn power quit working at the 7 pin trailer plug, truck side. I've done the preliminary and know the trailer wiring and all bulbs are fine. It's the truck side. Could this mean that TIPM box I read about may be the trouble? Another symptom is occasionally the windshield wiper has a mind of its own. Start up and shut down by itself. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
