Bought this truck a few months back and im not sure if the truck has a leveling kit on it or not. I measured from center of the hub to the bottom of the fender lip, and it read 22.5". Cant tell if its just the smaller wheels (17s) and cheap worn out tire combo or what. If it is leveled, I can't tell how they did it. I wanted to get everyone's thoughts.

I see no evidence of a level kit in your pics.

Measure from the ground up to the center of your wheel well front and back and post the measurements.

^^this

Most stock trucks average about 36.5 front and 39 rear ground to fender (give or take 1/2”)

It could have a spacer on top of the coil, hard to tell because its hidden under the upper frame mount.
