I have an 05 1500 5.7 HEMI Quad cab 4x4, and I want to replace everything from the headers back, any suggestions?

Check out JBA for some awesome shorty headers. From there, Magnaflow makes a nice catback system and decent cats as well.

Good luck with the exhaust upgrade.

It can, some people get away with long tubes and some don't. If it's a concern then go with shorty's, that allows you to keep your stock cats, etc.
