I had lots of Texas Pinstriping on my '08 Wrangler. I can't imagine taking the truck the same places I took my Jeep. Even on some of the roads between trails would get a little hairy.
My wheeling days are behind me. I had fun, along with rebuilding the rear end twice, the front once, and 2 rear axle shafts and 1 front shaft. Not to mention 1 bent wheel and 1 sidewall slice, and a cracked hardtop (on 2 separate occasions).
I just can't see doing that to my truck. Even mudding puts a lot of strain on drive train components. Might not bust anything while doing it, but 3-4 years down the line....
My wheeling now is limited to beach trips and to get to camp sites.
