On the Floor Shift lever for 4WD Power Wagon

Is there an option for having a knob floor shifter for 4WD for a 2023 Power Wagon? We ordered ours with that, and at the time, the dealer salesman we were working with said it was available. However, upon delivery, it does not have the knob on the floor. It has a button on the dash for 4WD and 2WD. Has Ram done away with that? If so, when? Thanks for any insight!

I believe the floor shifter is no longer available for the past year or 2

Well, if a real TC shifter is no longer available, that is just one more (added to the many already, including tech overload) reason I will not even be looking for any new pickup, or any new vehicle for that matter.

Funny, every time someone gets in my truck the first thing they say on is "Hey- it's got a real floor shifter!"
