What experiences have most people had with opt-7 answering their emails and addressing issues?
I installed a set of their Hid's, and used the harness included to wire it directly to the battery, which includes a relay to switch the lights on. They work great when the truck isn't running, but with the engine running, only one headlight works, and the relay chatters like the old fashioned wind up teeth.

Late update - added the resistors and all is good. I covered up "eye" sensor with electrical tape, so lights are always on. Three weeks and zero issues. OPT-7 response was awesome, sent me a new ballast and wiring harness no charge 2day express mail. I think I'm going to convert to bi-zenon so I have both hi/lo beam hid's. Do I just need to bi-zenon relay and bulbs? I have to think the ballasts are all the same. If anyone is out there that has gone from hid low only to bi-zenon, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
