It's a turbo under boost code. There are quite a few potential causes such as:
  1. Turbo or supercharger replacement.
  2. Repairing of the intake system.
  3. EGR replacement.
  4. Boost pressure sensor replacement.
  5. Low engine oil pressure repair.
I'd start by measuring the boost pressure & cleaning the EGR. Make sure your oil pressure is within design operating range.

If boost is normal, then consider changing the sensor.

If boost is not normal i.e., low then there could be a boost leak in the piping or a mechanical issue with the turbo or actuator.

What should the boost pressure be at idle , acceleration, and cruising?
