Painting Inserts on Sport Black Rims....

I'm just curious if anyone has attempted to add any color to the inserts( flat runners) on the Sport black rims? I'm thinking of painting mine- just to be different. Thoughts.....

Just got my hostiles refinished with powder coat for spring. Not the stock ones obviously but color matched on semigloss black for spring

I got the inlay kit for my chrome sport rims. They went on real easy and have been through several car washes, and northern Canadian winter roads with no issues for a few months now.
I know it’s not the black rims like yours but it gives you an idea.
