Painting sxt upper bumper

I'm actually painting my upper bumper, which it was not painted. With the krylon fusion gloss white and gloss clear.

Not too hard to remove the uppr bumper, but it was easier on my sierra ( I've done that on my last truck ).

Did it come out looking like the stock color matched upper fascias that you would see on the slt models? I have been wanting to paint mine for the past few months just didn't know how it would come out

My 2011 gmc sierra was the same color than my 14 ram. Not shiny as oem paint, but really close

And the match was perfect. But this time I put a krylon fusion clear coat I expect it will be closer to oem paint finish. The color will be the same than on my sierra, same paint, same preparation, same type of bumper.

Was is nice with the fusion paint , is that it's very durable , and very easy to paint. Even if I painted my bumper outside at 13 C° it does a very good job.

And for a 24 $ and 1 hour paint job, it does a really good job. Also this paint is hard as hell after few weeks.

4-5 thick coat of paint and 2-3 coat of clear ( 5-10 minutes between each coat ) That paint will not chip.
