Ok here are my initial thought on PC after one day of towing roughly 115miles. First sport and sport plus are way to aggressive at least for my liking, pretty good in city mode, tried settings between -3 and +2. Ran most of the day at city -2 was towing 7-7.5K and crossed a mountain with a 10% grade. Truck stayed in 5th gear a lot more than normal, seemed to shift quicker, held in a higher gear better or longer on grades, did the obnoxious 4-2 shift a few times but was a lot less annoying than without PC (seemed to be a much more instant shift with immediate results). Can't tell much difference in fuel milage, if anything maybe slightly better? Overall I am pleased with PC like anything I'm sure I still need to play with settings to see whats best in my application, but would recommend it. Can't wait to find time to have gear swap done then I think it will be assume. P.S. order from Moe's.
Not towing but in my earlier comment about my pedal commander install my truck also seemed to shift better in the city 3 mode.

I am at 5500 miles of continuous towing 8000# with another 1200# in the back. My previous long tows have yelded 9.0 mpg. This time I am getting 9.5 mpg with the tow commander set at sport 1. (all hand calculated) I think the increase in mileage is because the truck runs in 5th gear a lot more than previously.

Is everyone seeing better mileage with it?...provided you keep your foot out of it.

To keep relatively decent mileage I had to set mine down to City +2, not quite as much "pep". I usually leave it in Sport +2 which give me the pickup I like but at that point my mileage seems to decrease roughly 1-2mpg. I'm not "trying" to get on it but it's just too easy to push it. :)

I just installed my pedal commander tonight. Got it from Moe's Performance. It's night and day difference from stock. Now we see what the mileage is like.

Yeah, I set mine to City 2, and was very happy with that. I tried Sport 4, and noticed a little more throttle response, but I didn't see the need to use that much fuel.

I’ve had mine on for about 3 weeks now and am currently set in City +4. I liked Sport +2 as well and may go back to it shortly.

I’d like to tune but being a 2016 I’d have to do the pcm swap which I don’t really want to do.

This will fill the gap for now and does pull most of the lag out depending on where you set it.

Coming up on two months with mine. Nice, easy improvement to the trucks response. X^2 on the City +4. I like that range on the PC from City+3 to Sport.

Still enjoying mine as well with no issues since early summer. I have left it in sport +2 since putting it on. Just today gave me a smile when the truck threw me back in the seat. :naughty:

Great thing about the PC is you can keep it in sport mode and its still easy to drive smoothly or just go balls to the wall. The pedal feel now kind of reminds me of the Scat Pack. Its easy to drive slow but hard to resist driving fast lol.

I don't drive my 6.4 except for camping trips. Took it out yesterday and forgot how quick it is with the PC. Lite the tires up and then remembered what I was dealing with.

Here is a Gen 2 Raptor owner's 0-60 results for those that think it just acts like you are pushing your foot down more

"Today I tested the PC on and off.

Same road, i just mashed the pedal with PC off and sport +4, i was only person in vehicle nothing in bed.

Initial 0-60 was 6.2 sec.
PC post 0-60 was 5.4 sec

Did it two more times with similar results.

Run 2:

Initial 0-60 was 6.3 sec.
PC post 0-60 was 5.6 sec

Run 3:

Initial 0-60 was 6.1 sec.
PC post 0-60 was 5.3 sec

I am gonna try and do it again and somehow video it. Solo in the truck trying to watch for the po-po limited me. "

PM me for a discounted price!

Bit the bullet and just ordered. Now the waiting game...

I think you’ll like it. But you will most likely see a decrease in MPG’s. It did. Not bad, but noticeable.

My justification to my wife (yes- I have to do that because I sometimes do stupid ****) was it will help with the lugging and driving on our dirt roads and pulling anything. Too many times we have almost found ourselves up to the running boards in mud because the truck would rather lug itself out than wind up and spin the tires.

If what I am understanding is true, I can set it to a different mode on the fly? I can just tune it down a bit if I need to when I am cruising the highway.

You can mess with the settings real time, while the truck is running. I think you can turn it off too, by holding one of the buttons. (anyone remember which one?) I would just avoid hitting the pedal while changing anything. I have been running sport +2 in every situation since I got mine and think its a great balance. You definitely have to have a controlled foot and kind of ease into it when in the city because the truck will want to break out of its skin now if you jam the pedal hard from a stop. But its definitely a good thing. It puts me back in my seat now like a muscle car. It helped pull the lag out of the truck on hills too. After getting used to the new level of sensitivity it is just smooth power delivery how this engine should deliver from the factory IMO.
