Do you have any pics of the underside? Or how it mounts to the air box? I was looking at that set up a long time ago. They said it was completely water proof, but I was always a little skeptacle. They told me it had luvres that blocket the water and channeled it away, sounded like it would work.

I haven't had any water in the heaviest of down pours and this is my daily driver.

Painted? I had it done at a local place (H & T) that is a sponsor for our Tidewater Mopar Club. I had them paint on the semi gloss black rather than do vinyl. They also did my tonneau with the Mopar Stobe in semi gloss black to match.

As for pictures, I tried to take one from every angle.
