PO735 and PO729 thrown

Today driving home noticed tranny not shifting into the Higher gears.
Took it to a buddy’s shop and it gave up the codes. 5th and 6th gears.
Called dealer to see what my options were and they said $175 diagnostic to tell me what it might be.
Truck Is my DD
Any ideas on what is best approach

You fried the 5th & 6th clutches, time for a rebuild & more than likely a valve body
