Had a short heating up the circuit breaker . So I pulled out the seat switches just to look at them ( short went away ) and found this little jewel . Smoothed the sharp edges and put some rubber on it and put heat shrink on the wire . Plugged the circuit breaker in and nothing . Circuit breaker was bad so I put a fuse in it to test it and power seats now work . Don’t know if this was covered before but maybe this will be helpful to someone . Easy fix once I found the problem. Yes , I will be getting a new circuit breaker .
