Preheat engine starting.

regarding preheat on my 1995 cummins 5.9?

I do not have a light to go by that tells me to wait to start or any other noticeable indicator. Engine starts good if I wait a bit to crank or not.

Excessive idling isn’t recommended for the hemi engine.
As stated, we could use a little more info.
