Projector headlight turn signals

Just recently upgraded to projector style headlights. I had the quad reflector headlights and purchased the morimoto conversion kit. All lights work when the engine isn’t running but when the engine is running the turn signals don’t work. Both high and low beam work when vehicle is running. Anyone else run into this issue?

Yes dealing with this exact issue. Except I can’t get turn signal to work at all. Parking light illuminates but will not flash
