Push Notifications

I've has this pop up occassionally asking me if i want to enable "push notifications" i'm not exactly sure what this does.Does it send me a message everytime there's a new post.

Comes as a post / list in your regular Email. I did, seems harmless.

Should send you an email whenever someone replies to or likes one of your posts. Looking at your post count it will probably overflow your inbox

That's what i sort of wondered,last thing i need is more email notifications,lol.

You can choose what you want to receive as notification. If I’m doing a personal message, I do it or if following a thread where I’ve asked for advice and want to know when someone has replied.

What I want to know, I can’t find it here although I recall some post, how to get rid of and WHY am I getting pop ups in my truck media screen for Sirius FM!
Is the only way to stop this garbage to BUY it????????
