My family has a small farm and since the neighbors broke our JD 4020, my dads 2500 CTD is too long to turn around in the edge rows, the '79 Power Wagon has developed a major fuel leak, and my bros 2500 CTD is basically a garage queen, my little Hemi (as my brother calls it) is on wagon duty. Armed with a custom cushion hitch and 4wd low lock I was really impressed how it drags a 250 Bu wagon full of soybeans around the field up to the grain vac. With the moisture in the 12% range we were getting test weights of 59-61lb/Bu. Not including the wagon that comes to about 15000lbs. It actually pulled fine in 4wd high, but I had too much slippage from the stock non off road tires in the loose field dirt. Really impressed by this truck. Never seems to back down from a task. She just needs a bath really really really badly.
