Question about this on my 2021 2500 Laramie

I noticed that there are 2 bolts that are not black one on each front wheel wells in the same spot. I have looked in the owners manual but found nothing. See attached picture.

Now that's some picky $hit right there . I'm going to assume it's normal, but you could always take a look at another truck on the lot. They probably use the same bolts whether you have color matched bumpers or chrome. If it bothered me enough I might just paint them myself.

Consider yourself lucky.
Appears you have galvanized bolt that won't rust.
They should have charged you extra for that.
