I have a 2016 RAM 1500 4 wheel drive, just turned 107K with no known issues.
Do you recommend servicing the differentials at this point?

Yes. It's cheap insurance and you'll know it's done right. Get 4 quarts of 75W140 (or 90) from Walmart for 15 bucks each and knock it out.I have a 2016 RAM 1500 4 wheel drive, just turned 107K with no known issues.

10k the last 4 changes and oil reports suggesting 12k moving forward and this is off the shelf synthetic. It’s not the 60-70s anymore…I quit paying attention to owners manuals when they started recommending 10k oil changes
My "16 Power Wagon rear diff @ 50,000 miles, 4,10 factory gear was getting a hair noisy. Installed straight 140W, & let it go.Are you the original owner? Has it ever been done?
I change mine after break in and around 50k thereafter depending on conditions and exceptions where contamination may occur.
