Really had a good time getting together back in May. We all left saying that we really wanted to do another and several would like to attend if we did another. Well... here's your chance...

Date: Saturday Sept 6th??
Time: 11am-ish
Where: What about gathering at one of the area parks. Thinking hotdog cookout, drinks, etc...

Here are 2 that I have been to that have space for us.

White Deer Park - Sweet Gum or Homestead Shelters

Lake Benson - Cypress Shelter #2

Just don't plan any mods for the same morning and you should be here in plenty of time

As soon as I get a few more to confirm for the 6th I will reserve a shelter...

If we do it at a park then yes... I think a family gathering sounds good to me. Really leaning toward White Deer Park. The facility is decent and the shelters are close to the playground and bathrooms.

It's $60 to reserve a shelter ($30 an hour/ 2 hour minimum) so I want to make sure we have a decent group before putting any money down.

That day just might work for me. The 13th as I thought would be a good day doesn't look that way since the Diesel Truck Nationals are happening on that day.

Sad thing is gotta check with the g/f to see if there is any plans I forgot about.

Heads up everyone. I'm heading to Wilmington, NC February 20th to the 23rd. I should be able to make some time to see members on the 21st or 22nd. Sorry to say I will not be bringing my truck on down since I will have my g/f and her son with me and it's a tight fit in a regular cab truck.
