Ram Laramie door handle/arm rest retainers

Ok, 2017 Ram Laramie 2500 door arm rest retainer issue here! Anyone know of a source for the door armrest/handle retainer/insert? I don’t see them anywhere on the mopar parts fiche. Long story short I had a business replace both front door tint and I discovered this after I got it back. The left the door handle door panel screw and bezel off and after replacing I discover these retainers were broke off. He obviously had no idea what he was doing. I haven’t pulled the panel to see anything else was broken or damaged.

I had the same exact issue on my drivers side arm rest (2017 2500 Laramie) and had to fix it as well
