Pad for driver elbow’s arm rest?

Hey, folks. I have a ’17 1500 Laramie crew cab. I usually put my left elbow on the arm rest. It isn't very comfortable, and the fake brown leather there now has a small crack where my elbow rests. Lots of pads out there, but all that I have found are too big. It appears to me that I need a 5"x2” or 6"x1.5” pad, based on the narrow and tapered/weird shape of that area in this year/model. Has anyone found a product for this? I don’t want to just cut a bigger one. I’d like it to look decent.
