Ram PCM Part number

So i’m looking to install a new pcm for my 2002 5.9 magnum truck and i know 00-02 should be interchangeable but i found a 00 pcm for sale comes flashed ready for plug in play but it’s a different part number would it matter if the part number doesn’t match or would it cause any problems with some electronics? i could buy the one with same part number buts it’s an extra 120$

They are not interchangeable since the 3rd gen brought a slight elex update vs the later 2nd gen. The p/n's don't even match between 2002 and 2003.
