I recently submitted a post on a paint problem with my RAM 1500. The dealer seems to be responsive and it appears that they will repair some paint spider-webbing on my 2018 new truck. Simultaneously, Ramcares responded to my post, initially asking for my vin to look into the matter. I provided the vin and indicated the fact that the dealer is dealing with the situation. I've gotten a follow-up message, stating that they would like to elevate my case and follow its progress. At any rate, they are now asking for my telephone #, etc. I am happy about Ramcares interest, but want to make sure that the inquiry is legitimate... I've never dealt with Ramcares. Like everyone these days, I am wary of identity theft, etc. Has anyone else dealt with Ramcares on this site? Ty.
