Rear axle "clunk"

Hey guys and gals, I'm having some slight clunking sound coming from my rear wheels/axle especially when its really cold but occasionally when its not and I can also make it happen if a grab my tire and rock it side to side.... what do I need to look for and replace given these symptoms? Rear wheel seal or loose break disk?

Does it make any noise accelerating and decelerating? Or only with the side to side motion? I would recommend looking at the manual to better understand how the axle is assembled. There should be no side to side play.

I that case I would inspect the axle/differential and determine where the play is coming from.
