Rear diff and tranny fluid

So I am gonna change the fluid in the my rear diff and maybe the front diff 2 tomorrow and was wondering what weight and velocity I should use for my 03 1500 4x4. Will be getting royal purple and how much should I get.

Also I might and not sure if I will try to do the tranny fluids 2, wondering the same thing for this too and it's an automatic. Not sure if ima do this might just get someone to do it.
