Rear shock extenders

I put a 1.5" lift block in the back of my truck and was looking to see if i could find some shock extenders to put the rear shocks back to stock height. I was wondering if anyone has done anything like this and what they used, or if its really needed.

I know my bilstein 5100 rear shocks claim to support up to a 1 inch block but where did you get the 1.5 inch lift blocks? I can only find 1 inch or 2 inch.
