my rear sliding window is not moving, but I do hear the motor engage when I use the switch. Any ideas

Mine would stick when I first got it. Dealer cleaned and lubricated the mechanism it and has been perfect ever since. The window is driven by a long cable with a motor at the end. It could be stuck or maybe the cable.

I'm having the same problem I have my back seat out. The motor is working, but it's not pulling the window open
