I have a 2016 ram 2500 SLT and I noticed that my left rear sway at the sway bar link is lower than the right at the sway bar link. My left rear fender is about 3/4 lower than my right rear fender. does that mean my rear sway bar bent?

It means something is wrong, but without inspecting it I can't say. Could be bent sway bar (but they're usually hard to bend), could be something else going on.

The swaybar typically does not affect the ride height of the truck. I would suspect that something else may be bent or worn, like a spring is sagging, and that is what is causing the swaybar to be off.
