Removing Bumper Insert

I've tried searching and can't find anything, has anyone removed the black insert from their sport bumper and had it come out unscathed?

It just snaps in. Use a flat screwdriver to release the tabs and it just pops out.

So just pop all looks like 30 or so tabs like the four in the picture and that middle black piece just pushes out?
