Hello all,
I just wanted to share my experiences regarding my UCQ radio being repaired after getting the Error Code: 20 whilst attempting to update.
According to the TSB regarding the error codes, Code 20 has the following information.
20Flashing: Cell Modem Section ErrorObserved when there is an error in flashing Cell Modem Section.Don'ts:
1. Don't remove the USB.

Do's:
1. Allow head unit to rollback to the application mode. (This may take approximately 10 minutes, you will be asked would you like to perform update when completed.)[This wasn't the case for me]

2. Initiate the software update again.
3. Try 2 iterations of software update, if still facing error, replace radio.
From my experience it's because the wireless card is either dead or dying. In which case it needs to be replaced, though I didn't find that out until, after searching around for a while, in which I came across this post from the jlwrangerforums.com. It was pretty in depth and seemed that people were having the same issues as us RAM users (it's all basically the same radio)
TL;DR for the post is they replaced their Wireless Card, retried the update, and it completed as normal.

I just wanted to share my success here to help others in need!

With that being said, here's what I did.

1) Purchased the Sierra Wireless Card from https://www.ebay.com/itm/184182258676
2) Pulled out the head unit from the truck.
3) Unscrewed all the applicable screws including the ones on the side.
4) Removed the Wireless Card (it's the card on the side of the radio, it'll be tough to get out as there's thermal paste that's helping to keep it in place) whilst being careful not to destroy any connections.
5) Replaced the Wireless Card and making sure to include the thermal paste on the back side of the card.
6) Reinstalled everything in reverse of what I did before.
7) Before plugging in the head unit, plugged in the USB with the correct Firmware version (in my case 21.9 with Maps for UCQ)
8) Plugged the USB part into the head unit before plugging in the main connection.
9) Waited for update and completion.

After all those steps, including the waiting, my UCQ is now running the latest 39.6.

I want to thank @SitKneelBend for helping to get me the correct firmware and knowing that there's a certain path to do the updates :p.

Please let me know if you have any questions, I'll try my best to help out!
