Reprogram Ram for new key fobs

Someone got ahold of my keys and swapped out an old fob with my factory original. ( and, yes, I know who it was! ) This was done so they could access my vehicle any time they want to so they can do malicious things to it. They even fashioned a key to look very much like the original, with a couple of differences. The cut pattern is not an exact match. The notch at the base of the fake key is much smaller. The fake key is cut from a different type of metal and it's length is a fraction different.

So all that just to ask this; once a fob has been stolen, can the owner have the dealership not only program new fobs, but reprogram the truck as well?

With AlfaOBD or Jscan, it's pretty easy to wipe the old keys from memory and program new ones.

As mentioned above you can wipe the old remotes out of the truck and then program new ones.
When I programmed a new fob for my '15, I was even able to pull the pin # needed with AlfaOBD.

Yes, the old key can be wiped but, what about the physical key that is used to unlock if the fob is dead? Your key cylinder will need to be changed as well because of the spare key that is located in the fob.
